We distribute, customize, and deliver electronic components to customers across the globe.Our Automotive Inside Sales team is the primary point of contact for major global automotive customers. We own the internal processes end-to-end - from order management and logistics to forecast handling and continuous process optimization - while working closely with Account Managers, FAEs, and cross-functional teams including Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, and more.Your Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for key global Automotive customers, owning full process - order management, logistics coordination, and forecast executionDrive continuous improvements across lead times, data quality, escalation handling, and issue resolution; ensure full traceability through accurate documentation and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, Credit) and manage supplier interactions to secure supply and ensure compliant, on-time executionWork effectively across Arrow regions, time zones, and cultures; travel to customer sites as needed to resolve issues and strengthen relationshipsExecute management directives consistently and deliver agreed revenue and gross profit targets; monitor margins and take corrective action when neededYour Profile:Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, ideally in the Automotive or electronics distribution industryStrong understanding of end-to-end processes and supply chain dynamicsHigh level of customer orientation, ownership, and accountabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environmentAbility to work under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced business scenariosAnalytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and performance transparencyCompleted commercial or technical training/degreeGood MS Office skillsFluent in English; German andWhat We Offer:Flexible working hoursHybrid working / home officeCapital-forming benefitsCompany pension plan contributionChildcare/kindergarten subsidy30 days of vacation per yearCorporate fitness subsidyArrow is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace.Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
