Project Lead – Imaging & Dosimetry

New Opportunity | Project Lead – Imaging & Dosimetry (f/m/d) | Munich Area (Garching)

We are partnering with a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company to appoint a Project Lead to join their Imaging & Dosimetry function. You’ll be instrumental in driving the delivery of imaging components across clinical trials, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external CROs to ensure scientific and operational excellence.

Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite in Garching (North Munich)

Industry: Radiopharmaceuticals / Biotech

Therapeutic Area: Oncology (Radiopharmaceuticals / Theragnostic)

Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage imaging and dosimetry workstreams across multiple clinical trial projects
• Act as the key interface between internal teams and Imaging CROs
• Coordinate technical and scientific input on imaging endpoints and trial planning
• Support regulatory submissions and documentation related to imaging activities
• Report directly to the Head of Imaging & Dosimetry, working as part of a specialised cross-functional team

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years’ experience in clinical trial project management within an Imaging CRO or CRO with imaging focus
• Strong organisational and multi-project coordination skills
• Basic technical understanding of imaging in clinical development
• Oncology experience preferred; radiopharma exposure a plus
• PhD in Life Sciences preferred but not essential
• Fluent in English
