Du wirst der primäre Ansprechpartner deines Supportteams sein und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Fehlerbehebung in unterschiedlichen Hard- und Softwaregebieten erlangen. Außerdem wirst du in der Lage sein, für die meisten Infrastrukturprobleme eine Fehlerdiagnose vorzunehmen und sie zu lösen. Bei Bedarf werden komplexere Probleme an die entsprechenden Lösungsgruppen weitergeleitet.
