teamAct as the primary interface between the manufacturing site and

technician (f/m/d), system administrator (f/m/d), or in a similar
role, with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing
environmentSolid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows
environments (clients and servers), Active Directory, and Microsoft
365 servicesBasic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and
LAN/WAN troubleshootingGood knowledge of ITIL principles and best
practices for incident management, problem management, and change
managementExperience in first-line SAP support is considered an
advantageProven project management skillsKnowledge of Operational
Technology (OT) is an advantagExcellent command of spoken and
