Senior Manager - Strategic Project Management

About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Berlin. N26 has reimagined banking for today's digital world. Our talented team works across 8 global offices in Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Vienna, New York and São Paulo. Your team will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high impact cross-functional initiatives across all areas of N26 while working alongside leaders across Product, Growth, Operations, Compliance and Finance including N26's C-level. You will be one of the leaders in N26 ensuring the correct trajectory of the team and projects. Lead independently high-impact projects end-to-end from initial strategic design to delivery execution to ongoing improvement and management C-level) across various functions on company management and strategic topics such as roadmap, business case and strategy development Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Customers Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing and external partners Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, communications, stakeholder management and leadership in a high-functioning team environment From your first day on, you will assume responsibility and take ownership of the team management, your own projects, and external partners Minimum 5-9 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or a similar role (or even a combination thereof!) Graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field Ability to operate independently on projects impacting the highest level of the business Strong stakeholder management capabilities across departments to develop ideas, identify opportunities and resolve conflicts Strong project management, preferably with experience in implementing large projects with senior stakeholders Passion for the Fintech industry and an interest in deepening your knowledge of the banking business Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account.
