Introduction

As a medium-sized company with approximately 180 employees, we are specialists in stamping and forming technology with many years of experience. Our company focuses on the production of stamped parts as well as the assembly of complete subassemblies, which have been sold nationally and internationally for many years. Our customers are well-known manufacturers in the household appliance, automotive, aerospace, and electrical engineering industries. Our in-house precision toolmaking ensures the precise fulfillment of customer-specific requirements and provides consulting services from prototype parts through to series production.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• System Administration: Monitoring and managing the server environment (Windows, VMware), the company network (VLAN, WLAN, VPN), and the databases.
• Software Management: Responsibility for our ERP, MES, and time-tracking software.
• Security & Infrastructure: Management of firewalls, virus scanners, and telecommunications.
• Project Work & Support: Implementation of exciting IT projects and first-line support for your colleagues regarding software and hardware issues.
• Organization: Inventory management of IT equipment, documentation of the infrastructure, and coordination of external service providers.

What you bring to the table:

• Education: Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) with relevant professional experience.
• Tech stack: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, firewall solutions, and network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN).
• Data expertise: Proficiency in SQL and, ideally, VBA (Access programming).
• Hardware knowledge: A strong technical understanding of hardware and standard software (MS Office/Windows).
• Bonus: Experience in automation technology or industrial camera systems is a real plus.
• Personality: You work independently, think commercially, and stand out for your loyalty and quick comprehension.
