- Act as the main technical contact for customers
- Lead system integration and performance discussions
- Diagnose and resolve complex cross-system issues
- Manage high-impact technical incidents end-to-end
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Improve support processes and knowledge management
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Minimum 4 years' experience in engineering or systems roles
- Strong system-level understanding (interfaces, performance)
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems
- Customer-facing experience in technical environments
- Professional proficiency in English
