Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) OTC
This position reports to the Marketing Manager OTC Germany and is based in Neuss, Germany.
What you will do
Join us as a Senior Brand Manager OTC (m/f/d) and take ownership of some of our iconic brands such as Nicorette, Imodium, Dolormin and/or Olynth in Germany.
In this role, you will drive brand growth in a highly regulated and dynamic OTC environment, combining strong consumer marketing capabilities with a deep understanding of the German healthcare market.
Lead the brand strategy and execution for one or more of our iconic OTC brands in Germany
Translate global/regional strategies into impactful local plans tailored to the German market
Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to identify growth opportunities
Drive integrated campaigns in close partnership with Media and cross-functional teams
Lead in-store and BTL activation with Trade Marketing
Optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximize ROI
Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain and regional teams
Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Brand Managers
What we are looking for
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in complex environments
Experience in leading teams or managing direct reports
Strong analytical skills combined with compelling storytelling abilities
Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling
