Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) OTC This position reports to the Marketing Manager OTC Germany and is based in Neuss, Germany. Join us as a Senior Brand Manager OTC (m/f/d) and take ownership of some of our iconic brands such as Nicorette, Imodium, Dolormin and/or Olynth in Germany. In this role, you will drive brand growth in a highly regulated and dynamic OTC environment, combining strong consumer marketing capabilities with a deep understanding of the German healthcare market. Translate global/regional strategies into impactful local plans tailored to the German market Lead in-store and BTL activation with Trade Marketing Optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximize ROI Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Brand Managers Degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in complex environments Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure Strong understanding of the German market as well as fluency in German and English A permanent employment contract with competitive salary, and social benefits ~30 days of paid vacation and 30 “Work from Anywhere” days per year ~ Flexible/hybrid working model with 2-3 office/remote days per week ~ A strong team spirit with flat hierarchies ~ Cross-functional and international career development opportunities ~ Modern office with canteen, free beverages & fruit, access to our gym and fitness classes ~ Employee discount and corporate benefits
