What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) OTC

This position reports to the Marketing Manager OTC Germany and is based in Neuss, Germany.

What you will do  

Join us as a Senior Brand Manager OTC (m/f/d) and take ownership of some of our iconic brands such as Nicorette, Imodium, Dolormin and/or Olynth in Germany.

In this role, you will drive brand growth in a highly regulated and dynamic OTC environment, combining strong consumer marketing capabilities with a deep understanding of the German healthcare market.

  • Lead the brand strategy and execution for one or more of our iconic OTC brands in Germany

  • Translate global/regional strategies into impactful local plans tailored to the German market

  • Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to identify growth opportunities

  • Drive integrated campaigns in close partnership with Media and cross-functional teams

  • Lead in-store and BTL activation with Trade Marketing

  • Optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximize ROI

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain and regional teams

  • Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Brand Managers

What we are looking for

  • Degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing
  • Solid experience in brand management within the OTC, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in complex environments

  • Experience in leading teams or managing direct reports

  • Strong analytical skills combined with compelling storytelling abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix organizations
  • Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling

  • Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
  • Strong understanding of the German market as well as fluency in German and English
