Responsibilities

Here’s where you’ll roll up your sleeves

• IT Support: Receiving, processing, and resolving IT issues and requests in a heterogeneous IT environment
• Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitoring our server and storage systems, as well as analyzing and resolving issues
• System Administration: Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• User Lifecycle Management: Onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as setting up and reconfiguring workstations
• IT Projects: Active participation in exciting IT projects and the further development of our system landscape
• IT Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation: Further development of our IT landscape from a traditional on-premises environment to a hybrid, cloud-based architecture
• Process Optimization & Automation: Standardization, automation, and documentation of infrastructure components to ensure scalability and efficiency
• User Enablement: Training employees in the use of IT systems and tools
• Documentation & Compliance: Creation and maintenance of IT documentation as well as support during IT audits

Job Requirements

This is what sets you apart

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in computer science
• Several years of professional experience in IT support
• Broad knowledge of hardware and software, as well as a keen interest in new technologies and IT trends
• Experience with various operating systems in a client-server environment
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• German as a native language or at least C1 language proficiency
