THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY

Manage Microsoft 365:
Support and further development of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and PowerApps.

Provide support:
2nd-level support for all applications within the area of responsibility, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.

Supporting Workplace Management:
Support for Matrix42 in the service portal and Workplace Management.
-
Managing software distribution:
Administration and support for software distribution using Empirum.
-
Manage business applications:
Support and further development of applications such as Avero, LucaNet, and DATEV.
-
Support lifecycle management:
Management and execution of updates, upgrades, and migrations.
-
Further developing M365 and Azure infrastructures:
Technical support and optimization of the environments.

Adhering to IT standards:
Ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices in day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
-
Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification with professional experience in a relevant position

In-depth knowledge of M365, MS Azure, and access controls (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access)

Ideally, you have completed certifications in the aforementioned areas

Knowledge of B2B/EDI communication is a plus
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills, loyalty, ability to work independently, and a solution-oriented mindset
-
Highly customer- and service-oriented – ideally with an understanding of logistics service processes
-
Good written and spoken English skills

Willingness to participate in socially responsible on-call duty outside of core working hours, including weekends
