WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Network Engineer (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY

• Responsibility for the secure and stable operation of the company’s entire network infrastructure
• Supporting the team lead with the prospect of advancing into a team lead role
• Ensuring a high-performance and highly available network environment, particularly in the areas of Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and network security
• Helping to design and implement security strategies to protect corporate communications and data
• Managing and monitoring network access for customers, partners, and employees
• Administration of proxy servers
• Administration of IP telephony
• Active participation in projects, particularly regarding the integration of new customers and locations

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Initial experience in technical or disciplinary leadership is a plus
• Solid understanding of modern network infrastructures and security architectures
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Experience operating CISCO and Meraki network solutions, ideally with relevant certification
• High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset, as well as a willingness to continuously develop
• Ideally, an understanding of logistics processes, as well as the ability to work independently, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach
