• Processing support requests via our ticket system and reliably tracking incoming inquiries
• Supporting our users with questions and issues related to CAD systems, particularly: Autodesk products in the BIM environment, especially AutoCAD and Revit, as well as PTC Creo and MicroStation
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues, as well as developing appropriate solutions
• Consulting with team leadership to determine the next steps for more complex issues
• Prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact
• Documenting solutions and maintaining and expanding the aví knowledge base
• Communicating effectively with users of varying levels of prior knowledge

• Completed technical training or a degree in IT, preferably with a focus on CAD in the areas of 2D, 3D, and/or terrain modeling
• Solid knowledge of at least two of the listed CAD systems; required: AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Desirable: PTC Creo and MicroStation
• A strong willingness to learn and an interest in continuously developing your professional skills in the CAD field
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• High level of service orientation, patience, and enjoyment in supporting others
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• High level of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
• Resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
