Consultant (m/f/d) – IT & Business Solutions

You are responsible for the financial success of our projects and for strategically expanding our client relationships. In doing so, you align client requirements, sales objectives, and technical implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage projects across all phases (including budget, margin, time, and quality)
• You analyze business processes and economic potential and, based on this, advise on suitable IT solutions
• You further develop existing client relationships, including upselling, cross-selling, and initiating follow-up projects
• You coordinate with internal teams on the creation of proposals, business/use cases, and concepts
• You manage project metrics, ensure profitability, and keep an eye on relevant market trends such as the development of AI applications

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. However, the following points are even more important than your formal education:
• Experience as a consultant or project manager with sales-related responsibilities
• Business acumen (costing / margins) and an understanding of processes along the value chain
• Basic technical understanding (software, cloud, data, AI) so that you can easily translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, and preferably in English as well
• You are known for your structured, yet pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
