WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Microsoft 365 Specialist (m/f/d)

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY

  • Manage Microsoft 365: Support and further development of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and PowerApps.
  • Provide support: 2nd-level support for all applications within the area of responsibility, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Supporting Workplace Management: Support for Matrix42 in the service portal and Workplace Management.
  • Managing software distribution: Administration and support for software distribution using Empirum.
  • Manage business applications: Support and further development of applications such as Avero, LucaNet, and DATEV.
  • Support lifecycle management: Management and execution of updates, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Further developing M365 and Azure infrastructures: Technical support and optimization of the environments.
  • Adhering to IT standards: Ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices in day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification with professional experience in a relevant position
  • In-depth knowledge of M365, MS Azure, and access controls (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Ideally, you have completed certifications in the aforementioned areas
  • Knowledge of B2B/EDI communication is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, loyalty, ability to work independently, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly customer- and service-oriented – ideally with an understanding of logistics service processes
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to participate in socially responsible on-call duty outside of core working hours, including weekends
