What you can expect from us

• Installation, administration, and operation of client and server infrastructure (Windows)
• Operation and administration of VMware, HyperV, Veeam, Datacore, and Sophos
• User and device management via Microsoft Azure, Intune, Entra, M365, and Exchange Online
• First- and second-level support for end users, clients, applications, and infrastructure
• Design and implementation of digitalization initiatives
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation

What you should bring to the table

• A completed degree, e.g., in computer science or business informatics, or alternatively, an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable IT training program
• Several years of professional experience, in-depth knowledge of server, storage, and virtualization technologies, as well as network technology and operating systems
• Willingness to adapt to change, enthusiasm, strong communication and implementation skills
• Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent and conceptual approach to work
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team
