Your responsibilities with us:

  • You will lead a team of nine employees, set clear goals, and ensure that everyone can make the most of their strengths—even in a hybrid work environment
  • You will promote the professional development of your employees, oversee hiring processes, and support new team members during their onboarding
  • You provide technical oversight of the telecommunications systems (Layers 1–3) within your area of responsibility
  • You continuously implement processes to strengthen OT/IT security in accordance with the NIS 2.0/KRITIS Regulation
  • You coordinate workflows for system decisions and play a steering role in projects within your area of expertise
  • You keep track of processes and technologies in your area and continuously develop them further
  • You will take responsibility for commercial processes such as cost planning, costing, and performance accounting, as well as ensuring compliance with cost budgets
  • You will create and analyze statistics and reports
  • You will maintain and further develop relationships with customers and service providers

What you bring to the table:


Must-haves:
  • A degree from a university, university of applied sciences, technical college, or technical school in the field of information and communication technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical project management and project controlling
  • Experience coordinating complex IT system landscapes
  • Initial leadership experience, ideally in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of personal responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Willingness to undergo a security clearance check in accordance with the Security Clearance Act

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the energy supply sector
