Technical Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d)
– Software Solutions
full-time (40 hours per week).
Your responsibilities:
As part of our customer service team, you will share responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of our software solutions in municipal data centers.

You will be the first point of contact for technical support requests and error reports, resolving these issues independently, with teammates, or in collaboration with our software development department,
-
You will contribute to the development of new software features by translating customer feedback into technical requirements,
-
You will support our customers during integration tests and the deployment of our semi-annual software updates, and
-
You will create, maintain, and expand the technical documentation for our software.
What we’re looking for in you:
-
Ideally, you have completed technical training or a degree in IT. However, we also welcome social science graduates with an administrative background, a strong affinity for IT, and an interest in the digitalization of public administration,

You have solid, practical experience with network technologies as well as comprehensive knowledge of working with databases (Oracle, MS SQL). In addition, you are familiar with Linux and Windows servers as well as JBoss EAP,

You can interpret and validate XML as well as formulate simple database queries in SQL,
-
Ideally, you have experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes,

knowledge of agile software development is helpful,

perhaps you even have basic knowledge of the administrative structure of the Federal Republic of Germany and the public sector? If not, you’ll learn it here,
