Your responsibilities with us:

You will lead a team of nine employees, set clear goals, and ensure that everyone can make the most of their strengths—even in a hybrid work environment

You will promote the professional development of your employees, oversee hiring processes, and support new team members during their onboarding
-
You provide technical oversight of the telecommunications systems (Layers 1–3) within your area of responsibility
-
You continuously implement processes to strengthen OT/IT security in accordance with the NIS 2.0/KRITIS Regulation
-
You coordinate workflows for system decisions and play a steering role in projects within your area of expertise
-
You keep track of processes and technologies in your area and continuously develop them further
-
You will take responsibility for commercial processes such as cost planning, costing, and performance accounting, as well as ensuring compliance with cost budgets

You will create and analyze statistics and reports

You will maintain and further develop relationships with customers and service providers
What you bring to the table:
Must-haves:

A degree from a university, university of applied sciences, technical college, or technical school in the field of information and communication technology, or a comparable qualification

Experience in technical project management and project controlling
-
Experience coordinating complex IT system landscapes

Initial leadership experience, ideally in a hybrid work environment

Strong communication skills
-
High level of personal responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work

Basic knowledge of business administration

Willingness to undergo a security clearance check in accordance with the Security Clearance Act
