Your Role:
At GO!, you will play a key role in ensuring the security of our IT assets and data. Your expertise and commitment are crucial to protecting our digital assets from cyber threats.

IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Security architecture: You are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our security architecture, which is designed to detect and defend against cyberattacks.
• Risk assessment: You identify and assess potential security risks and develop proactive measures to prevent them or mitigate their impact.
• Security Concepts: You will work closely with our IT teams to develop innovative IT security concepts and support their implementation.
• Security Management: You will derive technical measures for comprehensive security management from policies and guidelines and monitor compliance with them.
• Incident Response: In the event of security incidents, you coordinate necessary measures to address vulnerabilities and provide advisory support.
• Audits and Tests: You assist with IT security audits and coordinate penetration tests, among other activities, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our security architecture.
• Consulting: As an IT security expert, you will advise all departments to ensure that security aspects are always taken into account in projects and implementation initiatives.
• IT Security as a Service: You will develop and position IT security as a system-wide service within our GO! System.
• Reporting: You will establish an effective reporting system for the IT security division to ensure transparency and control regarding our security level.
• Point of Contact: As the liaison to the Information Security Officer (ISO), you will contribute to close coordination with our external security partners.

Your Profile

• A completed (technical) university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of IT security and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of current IT security architectures and technologies for clients, networks, and servers.
• Initial experience with vulnerability analysis, attack methods targeting infrastructures and applications, and their protection.
• Experience collaborating with a Security Operations Center.
• Knowledge of IT-Grundschutz (BSI), ISO 27001, and ITIL is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments, customer focus, team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
• Passion for IT security.
