Your Responsibilities
PASSION4IT is the digital consulting firm for small and medium-sized businesses in the Bavarian Forest and the DACH region. We help companies become more modern, secure, and productive—with clear structure, pragmatic implementation, and a genuine commitment to quality. Our focus is on Digital Work, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, security, and AI. We work directly with CEOs, IT managers, and client teams.
Your Responsibilities

- You will provide consulting and technical implementation in the Modern Workplace area—with a focus on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
- You will support infrastructure and security projects as a technical consultant in line with our Trusted Leader modules for Workplace and Infrastructure.
- You will take on end-to-end IT project management—from analysis through implementation to a smooth go-live.
- You will integrate AI into client projects—for example, using amaiko.ai, Microsoft Copilot, and the Power Platform.
- You will conduct workshops and enablement sessions on M365, Digital Work, and AI readiness.
- You will serve as the technical liaison between the client and the PASSION4IT team, ensuring that projects are not only planned but also delivered.
- You work closely with clients and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- You contribute ideas, roll up your sleeves, and reliably bring projects to completion.
Your Profile

- You have deep, practical experience with Microsoft 365—not just at the surface level, but truly hands-on.
- You are well-versed in topics such as Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and modern workplace architecture.
- You bring solid knowledge of infrastructure and security to the table.
- You have project experience in the mid-market and know how to work confidently with different stakeholders.
- You are AI-savvy, curious, and use modern tools yourself in your daily work.
- Experience with amaiko.ai or comparable AI assistants in a corporate context is a plus.
- You work in a solution-oriented, structured, and reliable manner.
- You are not just a strategy consultant, but a consultant who also executes.
- You can explain complex topics clearly without making them unnecessarily complicated.
