IT Process Manager (m/f/d)

For this key position, we are seeking a dedicated individual who will manage our systems, further develop processes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure.

IT Process Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of our ERP systems Powerbird and TAIFUN
  • Support with error analysis, updates, and process optimization
  • Maintenance of interfaces to DATEV and other systems
  • Creation and maintenance of reports, forms, and analyses
  • Planning and managing hardware, tablets, and smartphones
  • Assisting with Windows updates, VPN connections, and client management
  • Serving as the point of contact for employees regarding IT and software questions
  • Coordinating with external IT partners and software vendors

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in IT support, system administration, or process organization
  • Technical understanding of software, hardware, and networks
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Proactive attitude and a passion for helping shape things
  • Ideally, experience with ERP systems or business software
