We are seeking a full-time
IT Specialist (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

Administration, support, and further development of the client/server system landscape (e.g., MS Windows Server 2016–2025, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, MS Active Directory Services, VMware HCI)
-
Monitoring, administration, and maintenance of the local network (firewall, switches, routers, VPN connections)
-
Backup and restore for physical and virtual servers
-
Support for media technology
-
Independent management of IT projects (e.g., planning, implementation)
-
1st- and 2nd-level support, including technical assistance and support for employees, branch offices, and municipal facilities
-
Maintenance of existing application servers
-
Maintenance of network infrastructure and client support
-
Management of mobile devices (MDM: iOS/Android)

Support for the municipal Wi-Fi infrastructure
-
Point of contact for teachers and students at local middle and elementary schools regarding technical issues and coordination of external service providers

Creation of system and process documentation
In this area, we primarily work in a team-oriented manner; we jointly determine the specific focus of your individual responsibilities based on your prior experience.
How you will complement our team:

Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification or professional experience

Several years of professional experience in the field of system administration, if possible

Class B driver’s license
