We are looking for a dedicated

Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our time tracking software

With your technical expertise and service-oriented approach, you will provide our customers with competent support for all questions related to time tracking. You will find practical solutions, maintain a clear overview even in complex situations, and ensure high customer satisfaction through your dedication. You also enjoy communicating with customers and impress with your solution-oriented, friendly, and collegial manner. Responsibilities

Here is your scope of responsibilities at SP_Data:

• Receiving, coordinating, and documenting support requests related to time tracking
• Supporting our customers via phone, email, and our ticket system
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in close collaboration with the development department
• Integration and commissioning of time tracking hardware into our customers’ IT infrastructure
• Setup and support of time tracking hardware and access control systems
• Technical support for other colleagues within SP_Data

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for in you:

• You have completed vocational training, a degree, or have solid professional experience in the technical IT field or IT administration
• You work independently and reliably, have strong communication skills, and are a true team player
• You take on tasks independently and always work in a structured manner
• You enjoy working directly with customers and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with new processes and systems and actively help shape them
