Our laboratory’s range of tests covers all areas of laboratory medical diagnostics and is continuously expanded through the adoption and in-house development of future-oriented methods and new test parameters.

Nuremberg / Schweinfurt | Non-medical role | IT | Full-time | Permanent

Responsibilities

• Support & Consulting: You will provide first- and second-level support for laboratory staff and our clients (medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers) and offer advice on IT-related questions
• System Management: Configuration, administration, monitoring, and optimization of the IT solutions used in the server/client environment, network, and peripherals
• Analysis & Projects: Identifying challenges, jointly developing concepts, and independently implementing small-scale projects

Profile

• Expertise: A completed IT vocational training program or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in the medical field
• Analytical skills: You analyze challenges, develop well-thought-out solutions, and implement them in a structured manner
• Digitalization: You take pleasure in driving digitalization in the healthcare sector
• Initiative & Team Spirit: You work independently, take on responsibility, and are simultaneously a valuable part of the team
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex issues clearly—both internally and externally
• Flexibility & willingness to learn: You are open to new IT solutions and continuously develop your skills
• Language proficiency: Very good written and spoken German; English skills are a plus
