Behind every great company is a strong team. As our Working Student People & Culture, you'll work directly with the People team across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruiting. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to learn what modern People work looks like inside a high-performance VC environment.
