The position is subject to the German Academic Fixed-Term Contract Act (WissZeitVG, pursuant to Section 2 (2)) and is initially limited in duration until the end of the project on June 30, 2030.
The position involves contributing to the development of the infrastructure for the RACOON project (www.racoon.network/) within the University Medicine Network (NUM Initiative) as well as the implementation of scientific and infrastructural projects at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and in the Artificial Intelligence and Radiological Informatics sub-division. The sub-division’s goals include researching applications of artificial intelligence in radiology to improve medical diagnostics and care. In addition to developing corresponding predictive models, the focus is also on implementing AI-supported infrastructures.
