CRM Solution Consultant for BSI Customer Suite (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Technical evaluation and translation of business use cases into robust, maintainable solution designs
• Configurational implementation of business processes and associated functionalities in the CRM domain
• Administration and further development of usage and authorization concepts
• Design and configuration of complex customer journeys in coordination with business departments using CX
• Active participation in the strategic further development of the CRM platform
• Constructive collaboration with internal and external developers and service providers
• Independent participation in projects for platform expansion, as well as maintenance and operation of existing solutions

Your skills:

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• A solid understanding of core insurance processes and confidence in handling business processes in customer service
• Experience in requirements analysis at the interface between business units and IT
• Proficient use of common tools such as Confluence and Jira
• High willingness to learn and develop in order to shape innovations and new technologies
• Configuration experience with the BSI Customer Suite is a plus
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
