The ZIB is the central IT service provider for the Lower Saxony judiciary and is responsible for a modern IT infrastructure serving approximately 23,500 clients. In addition, our team of 400 colleagues manages numerous digitization projects aimed at modernizing the judiciary.
To strengthen our team in Department 3107 – Clients, we are seeking a
IT System Engineer
System Management (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
-
Design, operation, and support of the Microsoft Intune product family, including the local Microsoft Configuration Manager infrastructure
-
Automation of technical processes for various Microsoft and Citrix products and services using PowerShell
-
Creation and maintenance of concepts, documentation, and instructions
-
Analysis, troubleshooting, and monitoring of the supported products at the 3rd-level support level
-
Participation in cross-departmental infrastructure projects
Your Profile:
-
You hold a relevant degree in information technology and have at least two years of professional experience or equivalent skills and experience with IT qualifications.
-
You enjoy continuous professional development, seek technical challenges, and want to actively help shape our IT infrastructure.
-
You have extensive experience with common technologies in the enterprise environment, such as current Windows client and server operating systems as well as virtualization (preferably Citrix).
-
You already have a solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
-
PowerShell isn’t just a term to you—you prefer using it over a mouse.
-
Ideally, you already have experience in planning, executing, and managing IT projects.
-
You are a team player, self-motivated, and service-oriented, and you have excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills.
