Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements. Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR process knowledge Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus Attractive compensation - strong base salary combined with additional benefits.
