**Job Description:** brAs *Engineering Quality Manager (EQM) UAS and EuroDrone* *(d/f/m)* at Airbus Defence and Space, you are responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire engineering lifecycle of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and the EuroDrone program. You ensure compliance with quality and development standards, processes, and regulations, contributing significantly to the delivery of reliable and safe productsbr* Duties Responsibilities: *brQuality Process Assurance: br* Ensure compliance with aerospace and development standards such as EN 9100, ARP4754, DO-178C, and DO-254br* Support development, certification, and airworthiness activities in accordance with EMAR Part 21/145br* Plan and execute audits, process assurance reviews, and quality gatesbr* Drive preventive quality measures (Right-First-Time, APQP, FMEA)brbrEngineering Quality Activities: br* Monitor requirements traceability and ensure proper allocation of quality requirements br* Support and assess technical reviews and process assurance activities br* Collaborating with development, systems engineering, and test teams to integrate quality throughout the entire product development process br* Train and raise awareness among the EuroDrone community regarding quality requirements and processes. br* Support tool qualification and verification/testing activities br* Ensure conformity documentation and audit readiness br* Facilitate peer reviews and track quality findings brbrSystem, Software Hardware Assurance: br* Ensure compliant system, software, and hardware plans and development processesbr* Monitor software lifecycle and compliance with DO-178C br* Ensure hardware process compliance with DO-254 br* Manage non-conformities, deviations, and configuration control br* Supporting thequalification of suppliers and subcontractors brbrDocumentation and Reporting: br* Create and maintain process assurance documents such as SyPAP (System Process Assurance Plan), SyPAD (System Process Assurance Dossier), SQAP (Software Quality Assurance Plan), and HPAP (Hardware Process Assurance Plan). br* Collect and analyze quality data and evidence. br* Create reports and records for quality assurance activities. brbr*Qualifications:* br* Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or comparable br* Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the defence aerospace environment br* Sound knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., EN 9100, AQAP 2310), br* Experience with process assurance, software quality assurance, and hardware quality assurance.brKnowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ARP4754A, DO-178, DO-330, DO-254). br* Knowledge of relevant defence aviation regulations (e.g., EMAR Part 21/145) would be a plus br* Experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and/or large-scale aviation programmes is an advantage. br* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. br* Excellent communication and teamwork skills. br* Ability to understand and interpret complex technical information. br* Knowledge of conducting audits and reviews. br* Ability to work independently and structured br* Fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
