Integrate third-party and internal software components, ensuring overall system stability, compatibility, and performance Plan and execute integration, regression, and release testing; coordinate and manage software releases Provide Level 3 support by troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis in collaboration with teams Act as the technical interface between support/operations and development, guiding design and integration of system components Oversee system installations, updates, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistent environments Create and maintain documentation, share knowledge, and support onboarding and enablement of support teams Degree in computer science or equivalent with relevant professional experience Fluent English in writing and speaking, strong communication skills Solid Linux knowledge, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Shell programming, software packaging, system administration) Experience with software testing, release management, and system installations Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues Preferred Requirements: Experience with Flexera/Revenera license products (FlexNetEmbedded, -Publisher, -Operations) German language skills Experience working at the interface between development, support, and operations Ability to travel <10% of the time, partial home office possible
