Technical Project Lead (f/m/d) Footwear- Milwaukee® Lead and develop NPD projects in EMEA in accordance with our development process on all technical aspects for design and development Responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines Lead tradeoff discussions and conversations around risk management with cross-functional teams Drive design of project to meet market driven design guides and fulfill cost, timing, reliability, and manufacturing requirements Accountable for technical elements of project execution including integration of complicated components and assemblies, material selection, packaging and safety, regulatory and standards compliance Schedules, develops agendas, facilitates and documents project meetings, tracks project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines Regularly makes presentations of project status Bachelor's degree or further technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Relevant experience in project management and product development Good command of English, a European language is an advantage Advanced knowledge in MS Office application Extensive Knowledge in CAD systems 30 days of annual leave, home office opportunities, and trust-based working hours Free parking spaces directly next to the office and good public transport connections Company fitness via “EGYM Wellpass” Learning platforms such as “GoodHabitz” and “Learn TTI” for your professional development Special employee benefits via “Family & Friends” and additional corporate benefit Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a world leader in cordless technology spanning power tools, accessories, hand tools, outdoor power equipment, as well as floorcare & cleaning products.
