Software Product Manager - Internal Efficiency ART (m/f/d)
Advantest is a global leader in automatic test equipment for the semiconductor industry. Our V93000 platform is used to test the majority of the world’s most advanced semiconductor devices.
We are looking for a Software Product Manager for the Internal Efficiency ART to define and drive software solutions that measurably improve internal engineering productivity, development efficiency, and software quality across 93K SW R&D.
