Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage product and box-build projects within the Rail / Rolling Stock industry. The role requires strong ownership of product development, Agile backlog management, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with railway electronics, industrial networking, and industrial switches, along with a strong technical engineering background. Experience managing products from requirements through development, testing, industrialization, and delivery is highly valued.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience managing product / box-build projects
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Railway Rolling Stock / Railway Electronics domain knowledge
• Knowledge of industrial switches and industrial networking applications
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent English; German preferred
