The opportunity

Enterprise architecture here is a premium, chargeable service that competes head to head with the major consultancies. You'll own the target state, govern the key decisions, and be accountable for the business value it delivers, not just the diagrams.

About our client

A global enterprise software vendor with a professional services practice delivering large-scale transformation and architecture programmes. The German team is lean today, so this is a build and lead role: take the reins on the German market rather than join a crowded bench.

What you'll be doing

• Lead enterprise architecture end to end, from pre-sales through delivery and adoption.
• Chair governance and hold delivery to the standards that protect long term value.
• Own the value framework for every engagement: baseline it, track it, prove it.
• Set strategic direction on AI, automation and agentic architecture.
• Advise C-level clients across pharma, manufacturing and beyond.
• Act as the senior enterprise architecture voice for the German market.

What we're looking for

• Enterprise architecture leadership on large transformations, pre-sales through delivery, with quantified outcomes.
• A track record building and applying value realisation frameworks, not just target-state diagrams.
• Deep, applied command of TOGAF and lifecycle governance in complex environments.
• A genuine strategic grasp of AI, automation and agentic architecture.
• Native or business-fluent German plus fluent English.
