German Tier-1 Consultant - Strategy (DACH)

A client in a top-tier strategy consultancy is seeking German-speaking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join the team for 3-6 month contract engagements.

You will support high-profile commercial due diligence, transformation, performance improvement and strategic advisory projects across the DACH region, working alongside senior consulting teams on multiple client engagements throughout the contract period. Reporting to project leadership teams, you will be expected to deliver analytical rigour, structured problem-solving and client-ready insights within a fast-paced, top-tier consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, transformation, operational excellence and performance improvement engagements across a range of sectors
• Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform executive-level recommendations
• Develop client-ready presentations and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with consulting teams across multiple projects and contribute to high-impact client outcomes

Requirements

• Previous experience with McKinsey, Bain or BCG is essential
• 2-5 years of consulting experience at Consultant or Senior Consultant level
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Automotive, Industrials, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Operations Transformation, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Insurance or Health Insurance
• Private Equity or commercial due diligence experience is highly desirable
• Ability and willingness to travel across the DACH region as required

• Day Rate: €600-€900 depending on experience
• Location: DACH region (Germany preferred), with travel across DACH
