Group Chief Executive Officer

A private-equity-backed industrial manufacturing group in Germany is looking for an Operational Group CEO. The company makes precision metal parts and technical components. It just acquired a new site and needs someone to integrate it.

The Role

Full P&L ownership. You run sales, production, and procurement, lead the integration of the new site, and report directly to the shareholder and investment partners.

What You Bring

• Business degree or equivalent, plus real P&L experience
• Strategy consulting background followed by operational roles
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• PMI, turnaround, or carve-out experience
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, resilient
• Fluent German and English
• Based in or willing to move to Berlin/Brandenburg; open to travel
• PE portfolio experience a plus, not required
