Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Flight Dispatcher / Operations Controller & Charter Sales (m/w/d) für unsere wachsende PC-12 Flotte.

Deine Aufgaben

• Operative Flugvorbereitung, Disposition und Überwachung unserer täglichen Flüge

• Erstellung, Prüfung und Optimierung von Flugplänen

• Slot- und Flow-Management über das EUROCONTROL Network Manager Portal (NMP Flight)

• Koordination mit Crews, Kunden, Ground Handling Agenten, Flughäfen und Behörden

• Organisation und Überwachung sämtlicher flugbetrieblicher Abläufe vor, während und nach dem Flug

• Einholung und Koordination von Slots, PPRs, Handling, Treibstoff und weiteren flugbezogenen Dienstleistungen

• Überwachung des laufenden Flugbetriebs sowie schnelle und strukturierte Reaktion auf operative Änderungen und Unregelmäßigkeiten

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem OCC Team und den Flight Crews

Charter Sales & Avinode

• Avinode als zentrales Tool für Charter Sales, Aircraft Sourcing und Marktbeobachtung

• Bearbeitung eingehender Charteranfragen sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

• Aktive Vermarktung unserer verfügbaren Flugkapazitäten und Empty Legs über Avinode

• Prüfung und Bewertung von Charteranfragen hinsichtlich operativer Machbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit

• Marktgerechte Kalkulation von Charterflügen in enger Abstimmung mit Operations und Management

• Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Brokern, Charterkunden und internationalen Partnern

• Sourcing geeigneter Drittanbieter und Flugzeuge bei extern abzudeckenden Charteranfragen

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Brokern, Kunden und Partnern

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Flight Dispatch beziehungsweise Operations Control in der Business Aviation ist zwingend erforderlich

• Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit LEON

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Avinode und praktische Erfahrung im täglichen Umgang mit der Plattform

• Erfahrung im Charter Sales oder in der Bearbeitung und Kalkulation von Charteranfragen ist von Vorteil

• Erfahrung mit dem EUROCONTROL Network Manager Portal (NMP Flight)

• Gutes Verständnis der operativen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge in der Business Aviation

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich

• Professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden, Brokern, Crews und Partnern

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

• Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst im Rahmen der Einsatzplanung

Flight Dispatcher / Operations Controller & Charter Sales (m/f/d)

Are you working with LEON and Avinode on a daily basis and feel equally comfortable in flight operations and charter sales?

Do flight planning, CTOT optimisation, last-minute operational changes, aircraft sourcing and handling charter requests belong to your everyday business? Then we would love to hear from you.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Flight Dispatcher / Operations Controller & Charter Sales (m/f/d) to support our growing PC-12 operation.

Your Responsibilities

• Flight dispatch, operational preparation and control of our daily flight operations

• Preparation, review and optimisation of flight plans

• Slot and ATFM management using the EUROCONTROL Network Manager Portal (NMP Flight)

• Coordination with flight crews, customers, ground handling agents, airports and authorities

• Organisation and monitoring of all operational aspects before, during and after each flight

• Arranging and coordinating slots, PPRs, handling services, fuel and other flight-related services

• Monitoring ongoing flight operations and responding quickly and efficiently to operational changes and irregularities

• Close cooperation with our OCC team and flight crews

Charter Sales & Avinode

• Using Avinode as the central platform for charter sales, aircraft sourcing and market monitoring

• Handling incoming charter requests and preparing and following up on quotations

• Actively marketing available aircraft capacity and empty legs through Avinode

• Evaluating charter requests from both an operational and commercial perspective

• Calculating competitive charter pricing in close cooperation with Operations and Management

• Communicating and negotiating with brokers, charter customers and international partners

• Sourcing suitable third-party operators and aircraft for externally covered charter requests

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with brokers, customers and industry partners

Your Profile

• Several years of proven professional experience as a Flight Dispatcher or Operations Controller within Business Aviation is mandatory

• Excellent and practical working knowledge of LEON

• Strong Avinode knowledge and proven experience using the platform in daily Business Aviation operations

• Previous experience in Charter Sales, charter quoting or commercial flight coordination is an advantage

• Experience with the EUROCONTROL Network Manager Portal (NMP Flight)

• Strong understanding of both the operational and commercial aspects of Business Aviation

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, are essential

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential

• Professional and service-oriented communication with customers, brokers, crews and partners

• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work weekends as part of a rotating duty schedule
