Neurology Safety Lead

Remote + Switzerland/Germany office locations.

Lead the future of pharmacovigilance in a strategic portfolio leadership role.

BioTalent is collaborating with an internationally growing pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a Medical Doctor with experience in Neurology/Psychiatry to take end-to-end accountability for the safety strategy of a global product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Own portfolio-wide safety strategy, benefit-risk evaluation, and risk management
• Lead and develop a team of PV professionals
• Drive signal management, safety assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
• Partner with senior leaders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions
• Influence business-critical decisions while ensuring patient safety remains at the heart of every action

What we're looking for:

• MD + MSc or higher

• 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharma or biotech industry

• Strong expertise in post-marketing safety, benefit-risk management and PV strategy

• Experience in leadership roles such as Global Safety Lead, Therapeutic Area Lead, or similar

• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in complex global environments
