Solutions Architect (DACH) (m/f/d) | AI-Powered Customer Engagement SaaS | €70–90k base + bonus

🚀 The Opportunity

A key client - the category's #1 AI-powered customer engagement platform - is hiring a Solutions Architect for DACH to turn enterprise deals into live, revenue-driving deployments. You'll be the technical authority in the room with senior IT and engineering leaders: running data workshops, shaping the architecture, and moving major brands from proof-of-concept to full production. It's a rare seat - deep technical ownership and direct customer impact on a platform competing vendors can't match on channel breadth.

It's trusted by 2,000+ brands, including some of the world's most recognisable Fortune 500 names, and consistently ranked a category leader by analysts. The company recently closed one of the largest growth rounds in its category, backed by top-tier global investors - fuel for continued expansion across 30+ markets.

🎯 The Role

• Own the technical path from signed deal to production: architecture, integration plan, and go-live
• Run data workshops that map the platform to each customer's business goals and technical environment
• Drive pilots and POCs rooted in business impact, then convert them into scaled, productive deployments
• Troubleshoot implementation and campaign-deployment issues - diagnose, unblock, resolve
• Clear technical blockers hands-on (config changes, sample code) and escalate cross-functionally when needed
• Partner with product and engineering to remove roadblocks and shape each customer's future roadmap

💡 What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in consultative technical deployment, solutions architecture, or implementation of complex, highly distributed SaaS applications
• Hands-on technical depth: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies - comfortable reading and writing sample code
• A track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT and engineering stakeholders in large or strategic accounts
• Experience designing, integrating, and migrating across cloud and hybrid architectures
• Native or business-fluent German (C1+) and fluent English

Nice to have: domain knowledge in martech, CDP, or marketing automation; a pre-sales or professional-services background.
