We're looking for the next face of the Pack brand. To be clear: you'd be hiring for us, not for our clients - finding and winning the consultants who carry this business is the job, and you'd do it as one of the brand's loudest voices. What happens after they sign is co-owned with the founder: onboarding, training and ramp get built together rather than handed to you. If you've wanted to put your own name on something instead of filling other people's briefs, this is for you.

We're an agency with huge ambitions - and we need great people to make that happen. As our Talent Partner, you'd be integral in attracting, securing and retaining the talent that takes us where we want to go, and beyond.

In a search firm the people are the product. No software, no platform, no IP - every euro comes from a consultant on a desk. So this isn't a support function. It's the growth function, and it'd be yours.

Berlin, founded 2023, bootstrapped, founder-led, one market and one function done properly. In three years that's taken us into unicorns, listed software businesses and FTSE 250 companies. We're nowhere near done.

🎯 The Role

• Own talent acquisition end to end: map the market, approach directly, assess, offer, close. This is the core of the role and where most of your week goes.
• Build the function and the hiring playbook: how we find and assess consultants, and what a Pack GTM consultant actually is. Designed by you.
• Have a say in who joins. You build the pipeline and the shortlist; decisions get made with the founder, not by committee.
• Co-own onboarding, training and ramp with our Founder: what week one looks like, how a new consultant is trained, and what good looks like at month three, six and twelve.
• Become the second public voice of the brand: LinkedIn, careers content, events. The employer brand you build is what makes your outreach land.
• Choose the ATS we hire into and build the pipeline inside it, so the people we want later already know who we are

💡 What You'll Bring

• You've hired recruiters, consultants or salespeople yourself - in a search firm, a Personaldienstleister, or a high-volume sales organisation
• Full-cycle ownership rather than coordination: you've sourced, assessed, negotiated and closed
• Native or C1+ German, plus business-fluent English
• You've sold a role for a company nobody had heard of
• You want to be visible: you already build in public, or you've wanted to and were never allowed. Both count. No interest in it doesn't.
