We’re supporting a growing international manufacturing organisation looking for a Production Planner to join their team in Pforzheim.

This is a hands-on role combining production planning, CNC manufacturing and digital production systems, making it ideal for someone who understands both the shop floor and the systems behind it.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and control production and machine utilisation
• Schedule, reschedule and manage production orders
• Act as the key interface for the MDE system
• Analyse and resolve MDE data/system issues
• Coordinate with IT teams and external software providers
• Maintain ERP & MDE machine and operation data
• Provide delivery date information to order management
• Support the further development and improvement of production processes

What we’re looking for:

• Technical apprenticeship, ideally with Technician/Master Craftsman qualification
• Several years' experience in production planning or manufacturing control
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining
• Experience with CAD/CAM, ideally SolidWorks/SolidCAM
• Confident communicator who can bridge Production, IT & external partners
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
