Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Redstone Commodity Search are working with a European, international energy products trading company who are looking for a specialist in dealing with sales and purchase invoices to join their team in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Issue sales invoices and review and process purchase invoices
• Maintain ledger entries regarding accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling financial records and supporting reconciliation activities
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines
• Role reports to the Head of Operations

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Prior experience in accounts, administration, and/or office support roles
• Prior experience working directly processing sales and purchase invoices essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and numerical capability
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Role is to be located in Hamburg
