Security Manager

We're Hiring: Security Manager / Nominated Person Aviation Security

USC GmbH is looking for an experienced Security Manager / Nominated Person Aviation Security to support our airline on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998, as amended, German aviation-security legislation and authority requirements
• Maintain and develop the Airline Security Programme and related procedures
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary updates
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits and compliance-monitoring activities
• Manage security incidents, investigations and corrective actions
• Coordinate with authorities, airports, handling providers and operational partners
• Oversee required aviation-security training and documentation
• Advise the Accountable Manager and senior management on security matters

Your profile:

• Relevant aviation-security experience, preferably with an airline
• Strong knowledge of European and German aviation-security requirements
• Required qualifications or eligibility for acceptance by the competent authority
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Very good English; German is strongly preferred

Location: Remote, with occasional travel as operationally required

Employment: Part-time
