We’re supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that’s transforming the property management industry through modern software, AI-assisted product development and a relentless focus on customer value.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major product areas in a business that’s still building many of its product processes from the ground up. What you’ll do

• Own product areas from customer discovery through to successful product delivery
• Define roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and measure product success through data and customer feedback
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and company leadership
• Lead customer interviews, product discovery and feature validation
• Drive measurable business outcomes rather than simply delivering features
• Champion user experience while balancing commercial priorities and technical constraints

What they’re looking for

• Commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within a SaaS environment
• Experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery through to launch and optimisation
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Excellent German and good English
