Operational Specialist Logistics (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse
• Ensure smooth and efficient inbound, outbound and sorting processes
• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, especially during peak periods
• Support workforce planning, shift planning and task allocation
• Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, throughput and processing performance
• Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Support the Warehouse/Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements and warehouse standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain operational data, reports and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
• Take a hands-on approach and support the team directly when required
• Be flexible to work shifts, including night shifts, depending on operational requirements

What You Bring

• Degree, vocational qualification or relevant professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, operations or a comparable field
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in coordinating warehouse teams or daily operational activities is an advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands-on and reliable working style
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English and German; Mandarin skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible working hours
• A valid driving licence and own car are an advantage due to the location and shift schedule
