The Senior Project Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin.

Role Description This role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in directing large-scale projects, within Energy infrastructure, ideally in substations >=110kV .
• Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and manage change across multiple projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly beneficial. Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC contractual environments or successful experience in ECI.
