Developmental Focus: Apply relationship-based, play-based models such as DIR/Floortime to foster emotional and developmental growth.
Assessments: Conduct psychological assessments and developmental screenings as needed.
Family Support: Engage, coach, and collaborate with parents and caregivers as part of each child's therapeutic journey.
Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Participate in regular weekly supervision and team case discussions with other psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech/language therapists.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and assessment reports.
